I was talking to my new friend Craig last weekend and he told me he just finished the 10,000 kettlebell swings challenge. He lost weight, gained muscle, and was super happy with the results. Rewind back to 2020 during the dark days of lockdown life, back to when I also did this challenge. Back to when I was in the best shape of my life. It was a huge part of my training back then. I needed something simple, and repetitive. I did not have the mental capacity nor the desire to do complex workouts. I just wanted to set aside some time and fucking go! And get mad strong! I, like Craig, also saw massive results from this program, including weight loss, muscle gains, tenacity, habit and goal setting improvement, dedication, accountability, and improving my diet and my overall self care.

Swing into Spring - revision
This brings us to Spring 2025. For years I have done a Swing Into Spring program for my kettlebell classes. While this is a great program, it has too many "things" to do within it. More importantly, I dont have the videos set up (YET) for my online training clients, which makes training at home a little more difficult with programs that have multiple exercises and techniques.
Soooo this year I am bringing back the 10,000 swings, for all of us!
