This class is designed for *women new to using kettlebells.
You will learn hardstyle kettlebell form, technique, and safety. You will learn all the hardstyle kettlebell basics in this class such as:
Such as how to warm up properly, how to modify specific movement patterns to fit your current needs, and feel confident using kettlebells in any gym setting.

*This class is designed for WOMEN and people who identify as women. Kettlebell Rebellion is woman owned, woman run, and woman occupied studio/micro gym. We all thrive by creating a safe, supportave, and badass place to train together.
$160 for 8 beginner classes.
Classes do not have to be consecutive. After completion of 8 beginner classes, you will "graduate" and will then be able to attend any other classes available at Kettlebell Rebellion that you wish, including open gym, with the purchase of a monthly membership ($88 per month) , or drop-in ($20 per class) classes.
