This is a 4 week upper body focused womens strength training program.
It is in a super easy to use app format that can be used at home, in the gym, and/or when and where it suits you.
Equipment needed:
- Two 8-15 lb dumbbells of equal weight (weight will be determined by current strength level.)
- One light kettlebell 18lbs (8kg)
- Long light resistance bands (you want the long ones, not the booty bands)
