Quick 20 Minute Kettlebell Workout

Here is another quickie 20 minute kettlebell workout.

I am finding the 20 minute mark to be the sweet spot for at-home workouts.

This one obviously requires some previous kettlebell knowledge.

The Workout:

  • 20 kettlebell swings - 2H, 1H, alternating, whatever kind you brings you joy today.

  • 10 squats - air, loaded, goblet, jump, whatever kind you are up to today.

  • 10 deadbugs - loaed, unloaded, whatever

  • 1 TGU perside - loaded, unloaded, heavy, light, again whatever sparks joy today.

    • 4-6 sets - stopping around the 20 minute mark

I am so LOVING making these little workout graphics.
