Kettlebell Flow

Get moving with this Simple upper and lower body Kettlebell Flow.

1 bell and a little skill is all you need!

  • Set timer for 20 minutes.

  • Grab a light kettlebell.

  • Do 2 kettlebell windmills.

  • Do 2 kettlebell presses.

  • Do 2 overhead reverse lunges.

  • alternate sides as you go.

  • pro tip - try not to put the bell down for several rounds of this. Keep it looping.

Move on with your day feeling energized and empowered.
